New Chiang Mai is a family owned and operated restaurant that has been in business since 2007. Our restaurant is a quaint open air Thai restaurant with woven fabric table cloths at each table.We strive to create excellent authentic Northern style Thai favorites, and interesting new Thai-American creations. Diners can request entrees made vegetarian-style. We are committed to making the best quality food with the best ingredients we can find; We also buy all of our fresh vegetables daily from the local farmers market here in Hilo.
